Hi, I have owned a Razer Viper Ultimate mouse for some time now and never had any problems with it, for the past 3 days I have been trying to find a solution to my problem but nothing works. On the cable it works for about 5-10 minutes after which it disconnects, to get it working again I have to unplug the usb cable from my computer and plug it back in. On a non-wired system for that it doesn't work at all, in device manager it detects, I tried uninstalling, installing and still no change. I tried on a second computer and on other USB ports, still nothing.
I've found the Razer Mouse Pairing Utility and followed the steps I just keep getting the same error message "Pairing failed. Would you like to retry?" I've tried countless times with no luck I keep getting the same message.

I've also tried the firmware updater for the dongle. It says "An update is requiered." and after pressing update it comes to 40% and just goes back to the same screen. "An update is requiered."
