Hello I do have an Razer Viper Ultimate, since few days ago when I'm shutting down the computer, the mouse doesn't charge. So is a bit annoying that before it was charging while the computer was off.

I do have the same computer and everything.

I've tried to reinstall the drivers and reinstalling the Razer Synapse.

What I can do for the razer Viper ultimate will be charging while the computer is off?
