The only way I can get a Razer Viper Ultimate to charge on its dock is when the Synapse App is open on the PC Desktop.

Is this is glitch in Razer software of can it be fixed so that I can place the mouse on the dock (and have the dock light and the mouse light pulsating with the same colour showing the mouse is charging) at any time.
