razer viper ultimate problem :C
hello everyone I bought a razer viper ultimate 3 months ago and it suddenly stopped working (the USB receiver when I connect it it gets warm and hot like the what could be the problem it worked fine before but I've just discovered this issue. thank you.

Does your PC, at the very least, detect the USB receiver when you plug it in? If not, we may have to resort to an RMA. That said, send me the serial number of the mouse so I can point you in the right direction.
