Razer Viper Ultimate Quartz Dongle Connection

Hello Razer Support Team,

I am contacting you regarding an issue with my Razer Viper Ultimate Quartz Edition mouse.

While I was using the mouse normally, the USB dongle suddenly started disconnecting and reconnecting continuously. Since then, the mouse does not work properly in wireless mode. It only works when I connect it with the charging cable.

When I plug in the dongle, it keeps connecting and disconnecting repeatedly, as if it is being detected and removed every second. Because of this, I cannot use the mouse wirelessly at all.

After researching this issue, I noticed that several other users have experienced a similar problem with the dongle. I would really appreciate your help with this issue. If the dongle is faulty, could you please assist me with a replacement dongle or another suitable solution?

This mouse is very valuable to me because it was a birthday gift from my mother. It is also the Quartz Edition, which appears to no longer be sold. Because of this, replacing the whole mouse would be very difficult for me. I also saw that the cheapest available price I could find is around $391.69, which is quite expensive.

Note: The mouse was originally purchased for $65. Country: Turkey
