Razer Viper Ultimate Quartz not showing up in Symapse 3

Hi !

I have the razer viper ultimate and I did not have any problems until now, if the cable is into the dongle, only the dongle will be recognise, if I plug the charger, the mouse shows up. 
 

I already tried to repair, uninstall and re-install Synapse, reboot my computer, and I do not have another computer to test the mouse in. I also tried to put the usb key directly into my computer and in the dongle and neither works. 
 

can someone help me ?

Have you tried reinstalling your mouse’s drivers? You can also use the Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can look for other troubleshooting steps that we can attempt.
