Razer viper ultimate RC30-030501

Hi.

My Razor Viper ultimate just stopped working over dongle. And I can not find drivers for my model (RC30-030501).

All the links lead to model RZ01-03050 and when updating dongle, it just stops at 40% and go back to main screen.

Does anybody have any solutions?

      Hello!

      I’m not sure if this thread is still active but I also stumbled upon the same issue and kinda found a solution for this. You’re supposed to close any Razer app before installing the firmware update. I also have the same mouse model (RC30-030501) so it should work with that same driver! Hope this helps!
