So recently, I had a warranty claim for my viper v2 pro, faulty scroll wheel. I got my new RMA mouse and was happy. Well, the RMA mouse has the EXACT same issue. I filed for the warranty claim on that, and Razer told me to go pound sand, they won’t honor their warranty even though this is clearly a design issue. I am not the only one with these issues. So, I’m not buying a new mouse. Period. I have a viper ultimate that needs a dongle. Does razer still have those in stock so I can get one?
