Hi Razer Support team,
Recently my Viper Ultimate mouse (RC30-030501) has started disconnecting every second whilst using the dongle. I have tried to change usb ports on my main PC as well as using it with multiple other devices and the behaviour persists.
When the mouse is connected directly via USB, the issue is gone, which leads me to believe something has happened with the wireless dongle itself, although it has not been removed since I’ve got it (it lived untouched in the docking station that came with the mouse).
Is there any posibility to aquire a new dongle and pair it to my mouse?
