I bought from 10/1, only 16 days the scroll wheel not working correctly.
even submit RMA ticker but still slow response, it looks like all the email response till now is kind of formal response. I am not sure if I can have real support instead of regular response.

Could you describe the issue of the scroll wheel? I will be locking the thread since you already have an open ticket, but I'd appreciate it if you can send me the case number. That way, I can check what's causing the holdup.
