Razer Viper Ultimate Sensitivity/DPI Issue

Not sure if this is even possible, but for some reason ever since I got this mouse, it feels slower on desktop than my old G403 at the same DPI but feels faster when I open a video or video game and then alt tab. When I track how far it goes with a video open vs a video closed there is a decent difference. Any help would be appreciated because its driving me up a wall. I have mouse accel off and its at 6/11 in windows and I've tried multiple USB ports, including the one my old mouse was on. None of my other mice do this.

I have a similar issue, but my sensitivity is too fast. I have 3/11 windows sense and mouse acceleration turned off. Also tried your theory of changing USB ports. My old mouse was a G Pro Wireless

Hi Speedcross, I have followed the steps here. My mouse or USB dongle did not require a firmware update. And there seems to be no real effect onn the change in sensitivity/DPI from desktop to video game. So my video game turning rate still feels too fast, until my sensitivity is turned down to too slow.
