I am using a razer viper ultimate, and after taking the mouse off of the dock it still seems to think it is charging (both with the lights and in synapse) and as a result does not work. Turning it off, it still thinks it is charging, turning it back on, nothing changes, closing synapse, nothing changes. The only solution, for whatever reason, is changing the DPI, but that button only works around 10% of the time leaving me without a mouse. What are the solutions to this?
