Hi hello i have big problem with my mice. I plug my mouse to charge in night, i woke up and it was 0%. Its been like 2 weeks and its still the same. What can i do?

I understand that your Razer Viper Ultimate mouse is having a significant charging issue where it consistently fails to charge overnight and remains at 0% battery, despite being plugged in.
