Hello, I think the dongle for my Viper Ultimate is dying/dead. Noticed today that the mouse was registering movement/clicks for a few seconds followed by a second or two of nothing and repeating. This occurred regardless of USB port plugged into or whether it was connected to my laptop or my PC. Thought to try connecting the mouse with the cable and it works properly when using the wired connection.
After finding some other threads about this I followed the instructions of updating firmware and the firmware updater goes to 100% for the dongle then seems to reset and go back to update needed. It never registers the update as successful or goes on to updating the mouse. Is there any way I can get a replacement dongle and if there is can I still get the pink one so everything matches?

You'll have to buy one online, my dongle Just died for the second time 2 weeks agora, and I just bought one from aliexpress. The first time it died i bought one from through cssbuy.
