Razer Viper Ultimate USB Dongle replacement

Dear Razer Support,

 

unfortunately my USB dongle is not working anymore, and I’m not able to use my viper wireless.

 

I was not able to find spare part on your website, nor do I want to buy something suspicious from ebay.

 

Is there a way you can supply me with a replacement?
