Hi, I was away from my PC for about 5 months due to moving, and when I started using my Viper Ultimate again, I noticed that the wireless connection no longer works.
I’ve already tried all the troubleshooting steps suggested in similar support threads, including testing every USB port, but nothing worked.
I believe the issue may be with the wireless dongle. Whenever I plug it into my PC, Windows doesn’t make any sound indicating that a USB device was connected or disconnected. I also tried updating the firmware, but I can’t get past the “Connect your dongle” screen because the dongle isn’t being detected at all.
Could you please help me with this issue or let me know if a replacement dongle is available?
