I bought Razer Viper Ultimate on October 2021. Great mouse, no double clicking, no problem at all however exactly after 3 years. My USB Dongle to connect as a wireless no longer working. Keep on connect disconnect. Tried on another pc, still same problem. Tried update software, still same problem. Tried to Pair again, still the same problem. Tried the USB directly and through the dock, both doesn’t work. Currently the mouse can only be used by wired.
Also may refer to the picture below which show the USB log showing the USB keep on connect & disconnecting.
Anyone having same issues? if so, how do I resolve this. I don’t want to get a new mouse lol.
