Hi everyone,



I bought Razer Viper Ultimate in official store in Nov 19. Recently mouse stopped charging fully, it goes up to 50-70% and then goes discharging (while docked!). I've tried to reach out to Razer support, but upon entering serial system claims that my warranty is our, even though it official docs claim 2 years warranty and there hasn't been 2 years since I bought it.



Can anyone help me figure out how can I reach to Razer support to help with issue?
This is highly likely a battery issue. Please send me the serial number of the mouse and a copy of the proof of purchase. I can use those to verify the warranty status and submit a claim on your behalf.
