I have owned the Viper Ultimate for a while now, and the wireless connection was not working for a bit. I have recently started trying to fix it, and believe to have narrowed it down to a broken dongle. I checked the replacement store but it says out of stock. Please let me know what I can do or if their might be another issue with it.
