A week or so ago, my wireless adapter for my Razer Viper Ultimate stopped working, consistently turning on and off over and over again. I decided to go on eBay and buy a replacement dock and adapter, as razer doesn’t sell them. First time using them, it was perfect. I paired them and it was all good to go.
But I cannot get it to work since then. I have tried firmware updates (which always get stuck on 40% and show no device version) I have tried pairing constantly, reinstalled all razer drivers and synapse. One day I was able to get it work, and then the next not at all. I don’t even think it’s the adapter itself, as I have gotten it to work, I just have no clue why the firmware isn’t downloading or why nothing is pairing. Thanks.
