My razor viper ultimate works when plugged in with wired connection (appears in synapse) however, as soon as I try to use the wireless mode, it does work at all (does appear in razed synapse). I’ve tried all the driver fixes, synapse updates and pairing utility fixes. I can also confirm it is at 100% battery.
Any idea how I could fix this issue?

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse is temporarily disabled? You can also update your mouse’s firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with the serial number of your Razer Viper Ultimate so I can look for other troubleshooting steps that we can attempt.
