Hi so my razer viper ultimate suddenly started to stutter whenever i try to move it stops then continues. it only happens while wireless when wired it works normally. I suspect that there is some problem with the dongle. Things i tried :
reinstalled firmware, download synapse, dongle connected directly to pc, dongle directly to a laptop, dongle connected to station, repluging the cable from station, moving dongle close to mouse, moving station with dongle closer to pc. My mouse is only 9months old regular use. Should i just use my warranty or is it fixable. Actually after a bit of thinking i will just warranty claiim it but will update if my warranty gets denied xd

You’ve pretty much covered all the troubleshooting steps that can be done. The dongle will most likely need to be replaced. Did you submit a warranty claim through a reseller or directly with us? If it was the latter, please send me your case number so I can try to expedite the process for you.
