Won't charge above 4%. Even when left on dock for days. Bought November 2019 and wasn't a problem until the last month.

    Same thing happened to my charging dock, but it just never worked... It glows and all, but even if there is an indicator of it charging on Synapse, it just doesn't at all..... sucks. i have no response from razer support
