Razer Viper Ultimate Wont Turn ON
Hi guys i just bought a razer viper ulimate, but when i try to use it wireless, the mouse dont turn on, when its with a wire it goes without problem

Have you tried charging the mouse on the dock, and does the logo of the mouse still light up when it's on the dock? For now, PM me the serial number of your mouse so I can verify its model. We may have to update its firmware to fix this issue.
