Razer Viper v2 Dongle disconnecting everytime

My Viper V2 Pro USB dongle stopped working, is not detected at all, I trying on 2 different PC, I saw that many people had the same problem. 

The same works with the cable, but when the USB is connected, it keeps connecting and disconnecting each time.
I would like to solve this problem please.
Meu dongle USB Viper V2 Pro parou de funcionar, não é detectado. Tentei em dois PCs diferentes e vi que muitas pessoas tiveram o mesmo problema.

o mesmo funciona no cabo mas quando conecto o USB ele fica conectando e desconectando a cada segundo.

Gostaria de resolver este problema por favor.

It seems like we’re dealing with a dongle defect right here. When and where did you purchase it? Let me know via PM along with your Viper V2 Pro’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check the warranty status.
