I purchased my Razer Viper V2 less than 8 months ago and the dongle no longer works. The mouse only works when plugged in. When trying to update firmware it doesn’t recognize the dongle as being plugged in (I’ve tried multiple different ports), and Synapse doesn’t recognize the mouse. Does anyone know how this can be fixed?

If it’s still dead - RMA it.
I tried that as well, and it still didn’t work so it seems the dongle is just dead
