Hello l used razer viper v2 pro mouse over a year with 0 problems now my dongle stoped working l tried updating as l saw in razer forums but dongle appears invisible can u help me please mouse still works with whire but not with dongle l tryed other devices same result.

Hi there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If it does, then drop me a message via PM along with your Viper V2 Pro’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and for proper documentation. Looking forward to your response!
