Razer Viper v2 Just randomly stopped working

Now it wont turn on. I tried all sort of troubleshooting, including firmware updates plugging into another pc. Charging for 30 mins, I've tried everything. It worked for a minute then cut out again and now is completely unresponsive. At first when it just randomly cut out, I plugged into a usb charger and it started showing a green light. It then wouldn’t work still when plugged into the pc, but then somehow it recognised it I managed to update it and it worked for like 5 mins, i went to sleep come back and it had a green light, but wasn't working again. I unplugged it from the pc plugged it back in and it said it wasn't recognised and now there is no light and it is completely unresponsive. I also tried uninstalling the device in device manager. Nothing is working.

It’s really disappointing considering there is no outside damage, and how expensive the mouse is. It was a gift and I definitely wont get another with such a stupid issue such as this impacting it.

Maybe the inside is dusty?  Any way the fact i cant just plug it in and play is really infuriating,

Is it working connected via cable (directly to your PC)?

I just plugged it in after leaving it for a few days, it worked for like 2 minutes then cut out again. It had a green light and it was recognised by the pc, then it just cut out and the light turned off.

I’d try different cable if possible, but it may be some hardware issue. If so, I’d just RMA the mouse.

A different cable hasn’t worked. Thanks for the responses though.
