so my mouse dongle stopped working and i cant use it wireless, i have alredy installed the firmware update and it still not working, can someone help me please

I'm sorry about your Razer Viper V2 Pro wireless connection issue. Have you tried downloading the pairing utility? It's available here and may help you pair your mouse with the wireless USB dongle.
