Razer viper v2 pro

Hello.
I've just baught the mouse viper v2 pro. I have been trying to make it work for a few days and it's impossible. I deleted the synapse 3 and replaced it with 4. I also tried to use it with my laptop nothing. I tried every USB port and they don’t work tried to restart my pc with the dongle in and they just won’t connect. What the hell should I do with my "wireless mouse" that only works with a wire? :D
