15.09.2025 tarihinde şarz etmek için Typ-C kablosunu dongl’dan çıkardım ve mausuma taktım ve ekranımdan mausun imleci kayboldu mausumun üstündeki küçük tekli ışık yanmayı kesti .. biraz şarz ettim komple şarzı bitti umudu ile…. Ne yaptıysam mausu kullanamadım ekranıma hiç gelmedi . Kronik sorunlu galiba arın garantiye vericem mausu alalı daha 3 ay oldu ...

The Razer Insider doesn't have support for your preferred language. Please post your inquiry or concern in English across all boards. By the way, are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If it does, then drop me a message via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and check for some workarounds along the way.
