i cant play with my viper v2 pro wireless because even when plugged in the battery wont charge at all. And is stuck at 0%, unplugging it will make it turn off and even holding down the power button it will only make it work for 3 seconds before dying again, iv updated/reinstalled synapse but it doesnt change anything.

+1I’d try connecting it via different cable and using some smartphone power adapter to test if it’s the battery issue. If after ~2 hours of charging it’s the same - then battery is faulty, so you can only RMA it if you still have valid warranty.

Yeah no im pretty sure my battery is dead so i can only use it whilst plugged in, and idk about my warranty
