razer viper V2 Pro connectivity issues | Razer Insider

Dear Razer

Since the Synapse 4 update, my Razer Viper V2 Pro mouse keeps disconnecting — and by disconnecting, I mean the mouse itself turns off. Can you please help me?

I tried it on my old gaming laptop, and it works perfectly. But when I use it on my main PC, it doesn't work. I already checked all the USB ports and cables — everything is in good condition.

What could be the problem? I searched on YouTube, but nothing helped. I'm a fan of Razer, but this product has been disappointing. I worked hard to afford this mouse.

Is there any solution, bro?

Hello, @sharpCyanProcessSHELL693!

Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers by following the steps below:

- Search “Device Manager” from the Windows search bar.

- Click on “Mice and other pointing devices”.

- Right-click on your Razer mouse > “Uninstall device”.

- Click on “Human Interface Devices”.

- Right-click on your Razer mouse > “Uninstall device”.

- Restart your computer.

- The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts.

You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
