Hello, I'm having a serious issue with my Razer Viper V2 Pro.
After the latest Windows 11 24H2 update, my wireless dongle is no longer being detected at all. It was working perfectly before the power went out briefly and my laptop reconnected to the charger — after that, Windows just stopped recognizing the dongle.
I've already tried the following:
-
Soft reset (holding all buttons on the mouse)
-
Reinstalling all Razer drivers and Synapse
-
Cleaning USB entries with USBDeview
-
Using the Dongle Pairing Utility and Firmware Updater
-
Testing the dongle and mouse on another PC (Windows 8.1): it initially worked, but now it's not recognized there either
-
The mouse still works fine via cable
At this point, the dongle seems bricked or unsynchronized, and Razer Synapse doesn't detect the mouse at all unless it's wired. My warranty has expired, but I just want to know if there's a way to restore wireless functionality, maybe through a forced dongle re-pair or firmware recovery.
Any help from Razer staff or the community would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
