I just tried to connect my Razer Viper V2 Pro mouse with the dongle but it does not connect. Any USB port I have did not recognize the dongle, even tried it on several laptops and none can recognize it. The mouse works fine when I use the cable directly to the PC. Unfortunately I do not have any warranty anymore. I would love to use the dongle because my PC is next to the TV and the cable is not long enough. Also having a cable throughout the living room does not go well. Is there any possibility to get a replacement @Razer support?
