Razer Viper V2 Pro Dongle defect

Hey Guys!

 

the dongle just stopped working, it wont connect my mouse anymore, I need to connect it via cable.

 

I tried it from different ports too, still no success sadly.

 

Is there a way or a solution for this? Also thanks already for the support! Kind regards!

Let me assist your with your concern. I understand your USB dongle has stopped working and won't connect your Razer Viper V2 Pro. To fix the issue, please do the steps below:

  1. Make sure your mouse is fully charged.

  2. Make sure wireless mode is ON or the mouse is switched to the correct wireless mode.

  3. Connect the USB dongle directly to the PC and verify there is a clear line of sight from the mouse to the dongle.

  4. Update the firmware on your mouse if it is on the list.

  5. Download and run the Pairing Utility for your mouse. If your device is not listed, skip this step.

  6. Reinstall your mouse drivers.

  7. Perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.

  8. Try connecting the dongle to another computer to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is with the dongle or the computer.
