as the title says when i use the wire and adapter that's included the mouse just disconnects randomly however when i turn off the mouse and unplug the dongle after accouple minutes, when i reconnect the dongle it starts working again but temporally
dongle works fine without the cable and adapter, tried it with another cable and adapter i have, same
tried plugging another mouse dongle to the cable and adapter and the works fine
for now dongle works when connected directly and cable + adapter works with another mouses i have i think its a software related issue so i would love some help from razer support so i can delete all drivers related to razer and freshly reinstall everything
and if possible, going back to old firmware updates since they started acting like that after some time from me updating them updated them
