Razer Viper v2 Pro dongle not connected, just bought it.

I just bought this mouse and it works when I use it wired but it doesn’t work wireless at all. I tried looking through multiple support help to find an answer but none worked.

I tried updating the fimware but it was never able to recognize my dongle when it asked to plug it in. Tried restating pc, uninstalling/reinstalling synapse. I tried different PC ports and other PCs and still didn’t work.

How do i fix this.

Hello jerricknq,

I understand you’re having trouble with the Razer Viper V2 Pro wireless mode. Let’s walk through a structured check and some targeted fixes. Since you’ve already tried firmware updates and reconnecting the dongle, here are some solutions to address the wireless connectivity issue with your mouse:

1. Make sure your mouse is fully charged.
2. Make sure wireless mode is on or the mouse is switched to the correct wireless mode.
3. Connect the USB dongle directly to the PC and verify there is a clear line of sight from the mouse to the dongle.
4. Please try to update your device firmware and download the pairing utility in this here

If the same problem persist, send me a PM with your device’s serial number and proof of purchase so i can check for replacement options. Thanks!
