razer viper v2 pro dongle not connecting no more | Razer Insider

I tried to use my Razer Viper V2 Pro mouse, but it's not responding. The white LED on the mouse flashes twice intermittently, indicating a connection issue. I've restarted my PC, reconnected the device, updated the mouse firmware, and attempted to update the dongle, but the updater didn’t recognize it. The dongle is also not recognized in Device Manager across all USB ports.

How can I fix this? If it can’t be resolved, is the dongle covered under warranty?

This was a widespread issue with the Viper V2 Pro, I had one that the dongle stopped working after 7 months or so of use. They sent me a replacement USB dongle in the mail and I used the Mouse Pairing Utility to pair it up to mine back then but now the utility thats used to do this with is no longer supporting the Viper V2 Pro as of May, which essentially translates to that Razer has dropped support for the Viper V2 Pro mostly.

Best bet is to just buy a replacement mouse altogether and the newest mice models have better internal upgraded parts too along with the other aspects.
