Razer Viper V2 Pro Dongle not working

I’ve just got my Razer Viper V2 Pro. After unboxing, I charged the mouse until it was full. Afterwards I connected the wireless dongle to my laptop, there was no [insert Windows USB ding sound] when inserting or ejecting the dongle. However, when connecting the mouse using the USB A - C wire, it functions normally.

The wireless dongle seems to get quite hot after less than 1 minute of being plugged in too, which I am assuming is caused by some fault in the PCB of the dongle. How can I get a replacement dongle? The hyperspeed dongle is out of stock and the hyperpolling dongle is about $45 in Singapore.

Hi @StewieHd,

Thanks for posting your concern in the support board. Please PM me the serial number of your mouse so I can kickstart a support ticket and escalate your concern to the relevant team so we can check our options in sending you a replacement dongle.

The same thing Happened to me, the dongle do not work anymore I’ve been looking for the dongle replacement for a while and is out of stock I just can use the viper v2 pro wired, I was looking for the hyperpolling since I found out that I need the dongle to conect the mouse, Razer support team should send to everyone who bought this mouse a replacement dongle, this problem is happening to a lot of people and the worst thing the make people to post a video truly showing the mouse doesn’t work anymore, I don’t have problem with that, but tha’s the worst letting the other brand knows the new mouse is not working, think smart
