Razer Viper V2 pro dongle not working

I bought a Razer Viper V2 Pro. I charged the mouse to full charge. I connected the wireless dongle to my computer when removing or unplugging the Windows USB key with no sound. But when the mouse is connected using USB A wires, it works as it should. @Razer Admin

Did you already try running the dongle recovery tool? If not yet, just follow the steps here. Should the problem persists, PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and check my resources for other workarounds to help you address the problem. Thanks!
