I have tried doing everything, from firmware update to resetting completely the mice but the usb dongle just doesnt want to connect to the mouse. When i try to boot it up alone it doesnt register anything. I bought the mice and it came like that, does anyone have any recommendations on what to do or what helped them before with the mice

Dongle is detected by Windows device manager?
The Viper V2 Pro Dongles failing after awhile was a widespread issue, avoid that mouse like the plague! Razer doesnt even really support the V2 Pro anymore since the V3 Pro is out now… so best to buy the new model instead!
I threw my Viper V2 Pro out the door once I seen that the pairing utilities for the dongle pairing dont even support it, just tells ya right there the support for the Viper V2 Pro has been dropped basically.
