I had a vv2 for so long and i haven't use its included cable and adaper bcs i didnt need to (i was charging withe the keyboard cable)
Recently i started using them short after and the dongle stopped working with them tried my gpx dongle on the same vv2 cable and adapted and they worked flawlessly. Then tried the vv2 dongle on Logitech cable and adaper but it didnt work
Seems simple. A dongle fault till i connected the vv2 dongle directly to the pc case and it worked but still not working when connected to the included or any cable/adapter
and if you ask yes i tried every usb on my pc case and all of them worked the same
Tried reinstalling drivers,updatting mouse/dongle,reinstalling synapse nothing worked
