I bought the mouse last year and did not have any issues prior, but today the dongle just stopped working completely and tried everything to fix it. The mouse still works when I plug it in via cable.

Not working also on other PCs? Did you’ve checked is it showing in Windows device manager when connected?
Tried connecting it to another computer, same issues. Not detecting anything being connected unless I use the cable
