Razer Viper V2 Pro Dongle Stopped Working

Hello I hope all is well, it's been a few months since I purchased the Razer Viper V2 Pro it's been working perfectly up until the dongle randomly stopped connecting to the mouse. The mouse itself works fine while it's wired. I tried resetting the frameware to see if that would help, so after I proceeded to update the mouse using the firmware updater it told me to connect the USB dongle to my PC which I did however it did not register it as connected. Is there any solution to this or any way to get a replacement dongle so I can continue to use the wireless feature?

Thanks in advanced :)

My Viper V2 Pro is showing 0% battery and when I try to update the mouse using the dongle it states that the dongle is not connected to my computer (literally have put the dongle into EVERY SINGLE USB input on my computer). White light keeps flashing and mouse does not work. Fix this.

Same thing happend to my just today. What can I say. I can’t replace my dongle. The most expensive mouse has terrible quality and very bad software. For example, my another Logitech Superlight micro usb mouse is still working perfectly well. I would avoid your products in future.

Hi,
I was playing CS2 using a Razer Viper V2 Pro with a 2.4GHz dongle. In the middle of the game, I heard a device disconnection sound, and then my mouse stopped working. When I connected it with a USB-C cable, it worked fine. I think my 2.4GHz dongle might be broken. Because no other computer can recognize it. Can you help me?
