Razer Viper V2 Pro just stopped working...

So I’ve been using the Razer Viper V2 Pro for quite some time (As of Oct 26, 2025) And then, all of a sudden, out of no where it just stopped working when I was using my PC, playing some CS2. What? How does this even happen?

 

I was using it wireless, but when I plug it in wired and device manager says that nothing has been plugged in, nor any system connecting noises play on my Windows 11 system. I held the power button for at least 3 seconds, 10 seconds, and 15 seconds, and nothing was showing up on the light just below the scroll wheel.

 

I also tried the other methods as I dug through other forums and found that plugging it into a wall outlet for at least 30 minutes will do something, but nope! Still no power and it’s like the controller inside it just… died.

 

Why does this just happen? I’ve even uploaded proof of purchase to my account and would like something in return for an item that has been less than a month old.

Hey ​@USBHardDrive,

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you test another cable to connect and charge your mouse for at least 30 minutes and check if the issue continues? Please also test it on another computer to see if it behaves the same way. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team?
