Razer Viper V2 Pro not recognized via cable or dongle

My Razer Viper V2 Pro is no longer recognized via the wireless USB dongle or the USB-C cable. The issue occurred yesterday while I was using the mouse and charging it at the same time. Since then, it hasn’t been detected by any device, and it shows no signs of charging or power.

I have already tried the following steps without success:

  • Reinstalled Razer Synapse

  • Tested a different cable and USB port

  • Tried the mouse on another PC
