Razer Viper V2 Pro not recognized via cable or dongle

My Razer Viper V2 Pro mouse is no longer recognized either through the wireless USB adapter or through the USB-C cable. The problem occurred yesterday when I was using the mouse and charging it at the same time, and the next day, the connection with the dongle was lost, but then it reappeared, and after a few hours, the connection was completely lost, and now the mouse is not detected by the system either through the wireless USB adapter or through the USB-C cable. Since then, the mouse has not been detected by any device, and it does not display any charging or power indicator.


I have already tried the following without success:

Reinstalled Razer Synapse

Tested a different cable and USB port
Tried the mouse on another computer

Based on the troubleshooting steps that you have tried, it would seem that your mouse is already defective. If it’s still within the 2-year warranty period, please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team.
