I bought this mouse in March 2024, I have used it without any problems until today, but today the mouse turned on and off and the middle light started to light up continuously. When I hold down the POWER/DPI button on the mouse, it does nothing. Also the battery is draining very fast. I've updated the software, wiped and reinstalled, but again nothing works. When I remove the mouse dongle, the white light is blinking constantly. How can I solve it?

Hi there,
Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
