Razer Viper V2 Pro Scroll Wheel Issue

Hi my Razer Viper V2 Pro was acting up that scrolling up or down doesn’t work properly. I’ve brought it to Datablitz in Philippines and they took it for a month and they said razer decided to replace it instead since the scroll wheel was unrepairable. They replaced it and it was working properly for months and the same issue happens. Unfortunately, my receiver of Viper V2 Pro was broken like pieces coz I inserted it to a laptop then forgot to remove it. So I decided to buy a Hyperpolling receiver for it to work, but when I go to datablitz again, they refuse the item tio be repaired because they said that the receiver was already broken. Idk why it’s connected to the scroll wheel tho.
